ELK GROVE, CA – On August 19, 2020, The Elk Grove Police Officers Association confirmed their selection of political candidates they wish to endorse for the 2020 Elk Grove City Council and Mayoral race. The Elk Grove Police Officers Association supports the following candidates in an effort to progressively promote and maintain the strong relationship developed between the police officers’ association, the city council, and our community.

For the position of Mayor on Elk Grove City Council, the Elk Grove Police Officers Association endorses Bobbie Singh-Allen. Bobbie Singh-Allen has been a long-standing member of the Elk Grove community and has a proven track record of service and desire to make a difference in our community by serving on the Elk Grove Unified School District Board since 2012. She aspires to promote positive growth in the youth of our community, our small businesses, and keeping our city safe by providing more training for law enforcement officers. Darren Suen has an exemplary history with the City of Elk Grove while serving on the City Council since 2014. For the District Three City Council seat, the Elk Grove Police Officers Association endorses Kevin Spease.
